Delivery lead time is approximately one week in South Africa. We send normal surface mail counter to counter through the post office. We will SMS the tracking number to the client once the parcel has been posted, the responsibility is on the client to track the parcel themselves. The client takes ownership once the parcel has been posted. Please use a PO box if possible.
At present we are unable to send any hardcopy books abroad because the postal company that was sending our books overseas has stopped operating in South Africa. Until we can find another reliable international postal service our services are limited to neighbouring countries only.

Please note that all South Africa orders can take between 2-6 weeks. If you have not received your parcel after 6 weeks please contact louise@zuluplanet.com to follow up on the progress. Refunds will only be processed upon request after the 6th week of not receiving your parcel.
